About Our Client
We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant for an international manufacturing company, who will take full responsibility for the accounting agenda and lead a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting in accordance with Czech Accounting Standards (ČÚS) and IFRS
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Report results to the headquarters
- Set up and optimize accounting processes
- Lead and develop the accounting team
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience (senior role)
- Knowledge of ČÚS and familiarity with IFRS
- Experience in a manufacturing company
- Experience in preparing financial statements and reports
- SAP skills and English at B2 level
- Leadership, accuracy, and independence
