About Our Client
For our client, an international beauty & personal care company, we are looking for an experienced Marketing CRM Manager for CZ/PL/RO. In this strategic role, you will shape and execute omnichannel marketing initiatives across three markets, ensuring alignment with global brand direction while adapting to local customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and localize omnichannel marketing strategies for CZ/PL/RO in line with global brand direction.
- Lead trade marketing, merchandising, and local adaptation of commercial campaigns.
- Own CRM strategy: segmentation, annual contact planning, offer design, and customer lifecycle optimization.
- Manage full campaign execution (planning, KPI forecasting, storytelling, e-commerce alignment, and support for local teams).
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare business reviews, and drive continuous improvements.
- Oversee pricing across CZ/PL/RO based on central guidelines.
- Collaborate with central teams on commercial planning and support team development.
- Monitor KPIs across channels and markets to maximize ROI and customer engagement.
- Bring innovation into omnichannel activities by staying close to digital, retail, and customer-experience developments.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in omnichannel marketing at a senior level.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on marketing execution.
- Strong background in CRM, trade marketing, and campaign management.
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and evaluating marketing activities with a focus on customer engagement and business performance.
