About Our Client
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager for an international manufacturing company in the automotive sector. The company supplies components directly to major OEMs. The role is responsible for leading and developing quality management systems at the plant, ensuring high product and process quality, and supporting long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the quality management system in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
- Manage internal and external audits, including preparation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle customer complaints and communicate with key customers and suppliers regarding quality issues.
- Lead, mentor, and support the plant quality team.
- Implement and audit APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and other automotive core tools.
- Monitor key quality metrics (PPM, complaints, process KPIs) and initiate improvement activities.
- Collaborate with production and other departments to improve processes and quality performance.
Candidate Profile
- University degree in engineering, quality, or manufacturing management.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in quality management in the automotive industry.
- Experience in audits, complaint management, and customer communication.
- Practical knowledge of automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 8D).
- Fluent English for daily communication with international teams and customers.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; results-oriented.
